In stone buildings use a great number of modular ferro-concrete designs and other products. To provide reliability of erected designs and safety of their installation, it is necessary to supervise quality of modular elements, to provide correct warehousing and storage of products.
Materials Arriving on building, and designs check products to be convinced that they correspond to the project (working drawings), operating specifications. The certificate of performance by factories-suppliers of requirements of standard documents on quality are the passports which are given out by manufacturer on each party delivered on building of materials and products.
In the passport in ferro-concrete designs specify the name of products to specifications. A symbol (index) of specifications, quantity of products in party. Name date of manufacturing and party acceptance, concrete mark, holiday durability of concrete (in percentage of design) at the moment of acceptance. Without passports it is forbidden to release products from factory and to accept on building.
Each product from precast concrete and concrete should have the visible marks executed by an indelible paint by means of cliches or rubber stamps. On a stamp-mark specify manufacturer mark, a passport article number, an index. On products, at which the top is difficult for distinguishing from a bottom (a plate, rectangular beams), do an inscription "-хЁ§" or in the top part write the letter "-" and in bottom - "-". Stamps on such products have so that the sign basis has been turned to the bottom surface of a product that allows to judge its working position. In the absence of loops on the elements mounted by cranes, mark places stropovki according to the project.
At acceptance of the designs arriving on installation, their quality check external survey. Make sure that the product has no deformations or other damages (having chopped off), its obverse surface (an impressive layer) corresponds to project requirements (colour, bowls, flows). Selectively supervise conformity to the design data of the geometrical sizes of elements, correctness of an arrangement of mortgage details, releases, furrows, niches, the apertures, fixing devices, quarters, safety of the built in details of sanitary-engineering, electrotechnical and other equipment. Designs with the deviations exceeding the admission, or other serious defects reject, about what draw up the corresponding statement.
Designs in warehouses establish on wooden inventory linings and linings, having them in the places provided by working drawings and designated on elements. Linings between the products stacked in a stack, place one over another on a vertical. A thickness of linings which should be not less 25мм, select so that overlying elements did not lean against loops or acting parts of underlaying elements. Linings usually have section not less than 100 X 100мм.
Platforms under stacks in warehouses preliminary level, a ground condense, that linings did not give, differently the product will lean not against linings, and on a ground and will break because of wrong distribution of loadings.
Modular concrete and ferro-concrete elements stack in stacks under following schemes.
Plates of the bases (fig. 122, and blocks of walls of cellars have stacks in height no more 2600мм on linings and linings which establish on distance 30... 500 mm from end faces of blocks.
Rectangular crossbars (runs) (fig. 122, height to 600мм stack on an edge, no more than three numbers on height, with linings and the linings located on distance 500... 1000мм from end faces; crossbars of the top number in stacks fasten among themselves for assembly loops.

And - base plates, - crossbars, in - plates of overlappings, g - ladder marches
Multihollow plates of overlappings (fig. 122, and plates of coverings stack in stacks in height no more 2500мм flatwise to 8... 10 numbers depending on durability of the basis of a warehouse; linings and linings have perpendicularly to emptiness on distance 250... 400мм from plate edges.
Ladder marches (fig. 122, store steps upwards; height of stacks 5... 6 numbers. Linings and linings have along marches on distance 150... 200мм from their edges. Ladder platforms place in horizontal position no more than in four numbers on height, linings and linings establish on distance 150... 200мм from end faces.
At packing of products in stacks watch, that products and linings settled down correctly according to schemes - wrong warehousing of modular elements (fig. 123, and, inevitably leads to their destruction.

And - linings are located not on one vertical, - three linings instead of two and not on one vertical
Large-panel partitions in the size on a room (124) store fig. in vertical or slightly inclined position in cartridges or pyramids. Basic parts 4 pyramids have a small inclination towards a skeleton 1 pyramids at the expense of what the right angle between a pyramid and a support is formed.

Thanks to it panels established in a pyramid 3 lean against a flooring of support of a pyramid all area of a face side, instead of an edge that excludes damage of sides of panels.
Not Typical products (ladder platforms, crosspieces, details of protections) deliver on buildings in containers and store in a warehouse in separate stacks.
Ferro-concrete both concrete details and blocks place so that their factory marks could be read easily from outside pass or journey, and assembly loops of the products laid in stacks, have been turned up.
Products store in the conditions excluding possibility of their deformation, pollution and damage of obverse surfaces (invoices).
It is not authorised to stack a design and a detail on linings and the linings covered with ice in the Winter; that on designs water did not stand, them stack with a small bias. Through apertures in products from concrete close from snow and formation hit naledi. Ferro-concrete details periodically clear of snow, without supposing their icing.
