Safety on manufacture is provided at exact observance of rules and receptions of performance of works.

All tools and adaptations are necessary for using according to their appointment. Before work make sure that tools are serviceable: correctly and strongly nasazheny on handles, working surfaces of tools equal, without agnails; it is impossible to use the damaged or deformed tools.

It is necessary to avoid concentration of materials in one place. Materials stack so that they did not disturb to pass of workers and transportation of materials.

Between stacks of materials and a wall leave working pass in width not less 60см.

Floorings from the inventory boards sewed by laths, on woods and podmostjah should be equal and without cracks. The backlash between a wall of an under construction building and a working flooring podmostej should not exceed 5см. This backlash is necessary that, having lowered a plumb more low podmostej, it was possible to check up vertical position of an erected laying.

All floorings of woods and podmostej in height more 1,1м, behind an exception podmostej continuous zamashchivanija, protect a handrail in height not less 1,1м. They consist of racks and attached to them from the inside (not less than three) horizontal elements: an onboard board in height 150мм, established closely to a flooring, an intermediate element and the commission. If the hand-rail is made of a board, it it is necessary ostrogat. Falling of any subjects with podmostej put not to admit an onboard board. For lifting of workers on podmosti establish step-ladders with protections (handrail).

Behind a condition of woods and podmostej (connections, fastenings, a flooring and protections) establish regular supervision. Daily after the work termination podmosti clear of dust and before the beginning, changes them are checked by the master supervising the corresponding site of works on given object, and the foreman.

The Brick lift on floors (podmosti, woods), as a rule, packages on pallets by means of the cases excluding loss of bricks. In containers and packages without pallets it is supposed to lift bricks only by means of the captures providing safety (under condition of application of the adaptations protecting a package). Adaptations for brick lifting (cases, captures) should have the devices preventing spontaneous raskryvanie of these devices during lifting. It is forbidden to dump empty cases, captures, pallets from floors; them lower the crane.

The Laying of any circle of walls carry out so that its level after everyone peremashchivanija podmostej was on 70см above level of a working flooring or overlapping. Below this level masons work in safety belts which fasten to designs, or laying perimetre protect protective grids.

On walls it is impossible to leave materials, tools, building dust as they can fall on being in the bottom of people.

On a laying course in apertures of walls establish window and door blocks or inventory protections.

The Eaves supporting a plane of a wall more than on 30см, spread from external woods or with inventory final podmostej which width of a flooring should be on 60см more than width of eaves. Thus materials have on internal floorings, and masons work, being on final woods.

At a laying of walls in height more 7м on all perimetre of a building arrange external inventory protective peaks in the form of a flooring on arms (fig. 76). Arms 1 hang on steel hooks 3, closed up in a laying in process of its erection. The width of a peak is not less 1,5м, an external angle of lead 20°. At the device of peaks observe following requirements: the first row of peaks 4 establish at height no more 6м from the earth, and leave before erection of a laying of walls on all height. The second row of peaks made by a continuous flooring, or from mesh materials with a cell no more 50X50мм, - at height 6... 7м over the first row of peaks, and then on a laying course rearrange through everyone 6... 7м.

Workers mount protective peaks in safety belts. It is forbidden to go on peaks, and also to use them in quality podmostej and for folding of materials. Without protective peaks 4 it is possible to conduct a laying of walls of buildings in height no more 7м, but thus on the earth on building perimetre arrange protections on distance not less 1,5м from a wall.

At a laying of walls with internal podmostej over inputs in staircases arrange constant canopies 5 (fig. 76, the size not less 2X2м.

It is forbidden to spread walls in height more than two floors without the device of interfloor overlappings or a time flooring on beams of these overlappings, and also without the device in staircases of platforms, marches and their time protections.

Seams embroider from overlappings or with podmostej after packing of each number. During performance of this operation it is forbidden to be on a wall.
